Why have myINKEY points disappeared?Updated a year ago
If you have previously clicked to redeem your myINKEY points from your order, these will be momentarily deducted from your myINKEY points total. However, if the order was not placed or was unsuccessful, they will bounce back to your account within the next 24 hours.
If you still have the items in your shopping bag, please do go to the total at the bottom of the checkout page, as your myINKEY points should still be applied to the total of the order already.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of your qualifying purchase.
