Where can I find my product manufacturer / opening date?Updated a year ago

Our products do not have a set expiration date, as a product's shelf life will vary based on when it is opened and how it is stored. Skincare products instead display what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol as shown by the jar symbol on all of our products. 

The number inside of the jar symbol represents a guideline of how long you can have the product. After the PAO, a product will begin to degrade and lose its potency. We recommend trying to use your products up before this point has been reached. However, it's recommended to pay attention to changes in colour, smell, or texture, and to replace your products if they appear to have deteriorated.

Our products are generally usable for up to three years unopened and six months once they have been opened.
