My product pump isn't working - what do I do?Updated 11 days ago

Our pump packaging features an air pump system designed to keep your product fresh and contamination-free. As a result, from time to time, the pump may require a little warming up on the first use! If you’re experiencing difficulty dispensing at first, try these simple steps:

1. Tap & Shake - Lightly tap the base of the bottle against a hard surface and give it a gentle shake to remove any air pockets.  

2. Check the Pump - Ensure the nozzle is clear and free from any blockage.  

3. Prime the Pump - Press down firmly and repeatedly (10-15 times) to activate the airless pump system.
 
4. Store Upright - Once dispensing, keeping the bottle upright helps the pump function properly.


5. You may find leaving your product upside down for up to 30 minutes to begin with, to help get things moving!


Once primed, your pump should work smoothly.
