My product isn't full, what do I do?Updated a year ago

Our products aren't filled to the top but still contain the full amount advertised on the pack. You can use the images below as a reference point. 

We can confirm it is a legal requirement to provide the fill weight stated on our packaging for cosmetic products, therefore we can assure you there is the amount specified on pack inside of your product packaging. This is thoroughly and regularly assessed in by our manufacturer to ensure all products are filled to the correct quantity.
