My order says it has been delivered but I haven’t received it – what do I do?Updated 2 years ago
We’re sorry to hear this! Please do check in with members of your household, neighbours and around the property to see if this has been taken in on your behalf. The tracking link sent to your email when your order was shipped should indicate where your parcel has been left! We would kindly advise to allow up to 48 hours after the delivery, incase of an incidental scan.
