I placed an order at another retailer but there is a fault with the product itself – do you refund/replace it?Updated 2 years ago

If your product appears to have a defect, please do let us know! We happily receive all INKEY product feedback, regardless of where it was purchased, so we can continue to improve the quality of our products. However, as this was purchased from another retailer, you must reach out to them to request a refund or return. They would be happy to have this refunded or exchanged for you.
