Please beware of any fraudulent SMS and/or emails prompting you for payment to redeliverOur carriers would never request a payment from our customers to redeliver your order. Any messages of this nature are not associated with The INKEY List and we would advise to report any fraudulent messages you receive. If you are unsure, please check your tracking information for the status of your order and contact our customer experience team below, who can provide further reassurance.
