We’re sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. We only have a small 30 minute window to be able to request a cancellation within our warehouse. Once your order has been packaged and labelled, we'd be unable to cancel this for you.
If your order is already in transit, we'd advise to refuse this at the point of delivery so the carrier can return this for you on your behalf. Once we have received the return, we can have this refunded for you.
